FOR ONLINE STORE PURCHASES:

1. PRICING
All prices listed on www.seedtennis.co.nz are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. We reserve the right to modify prices on our website at any time without prior notice.

2. ONLINE PAYMENT OPTIONS
Seed Tennis accepts payments through POLi real-time internet banking, secure credit card transactions via Stripe, AfterPay, and online banking for New Zealand residents only. Purchases will be dispatched once funds are confirmed in our account.

3. DELIVERY
A courier signature option is available and highly recommended. Once the goods are signed for at the time of delivery, they become your property and responsibility. In case of loss or damage in transit, please contact us within 7 business days at admin@seedtennis.co.nz. We will use this information to file a claim with our shipping provider. Upon confirmation from our shipping provider that delivery was unsuccessful, you will have the option of a replacement or a full refund. To ensure successful delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be available during business hours to sign for the package if required, or specify a safe place for the package to be left on your property.

Once payment is received, we typically ship the product within 24 hours. Standard NZ Post/Courier times apply.

Online Order Pickups from Auckland: At checkout, please indicate the day and time you plan to pick up your goods from either Snells Beach Tennis Club or Te Atatu Tennis Club. This helps us ensure that someone will be available to assist you with your pickup, or to make alternative arrangements if necessary.

4. WARRANTY INFORMATION
We offer a 12-month warranty from the supplier on all new racquets. This warranty becomes void if the racquet has been used for any purpose other than playing tennis. The warranty does not cover strings.

5. WEBSITE AND CREDIT CARD SECURITY
Your privacy is protected in accordance with New Zealand laws. All payments made through our website are securely processed by our credit card and internet banking gateways. Your email address will be added to our newsletter database, from which you can unsubscribe at any time. We do not share customer details with any third party.

Cookies are small pieces of data stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive, which allow the website to remember important information for a more convenient user experience. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

Returns and exchanges of Online Store products are possible within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the item is in its original

condition:

All packaging is intact and the item unused.

Note: If a racquet has been used, we cannot accept it for exchange.

Please send the item back to us (contact us to confirm the return address) and we will either re-ship your replacement item or process a refund once the returned goods are received.

We do not cover postage/courier fees for returns unless the item is damaged or faulty. We recommend obtaining a tracking number for your security, as we will not be responsible for the parcel’s journey.

Refunds will be made to your preferred New Zealand bank account and processed within 2 days of receiving the returned parcel, provided bank details are included in the parcel or emailed to us by the time it arrives.

We can exchange items for another product, subject to stock availability. Any price difference can be handled via internet banking by Seed Tennis or the customer. We are happy to assist via email or phone to meet your needs.
