Tennis Boost lessons are designed for intermediate adults players looking for a fun, high energy session with activities in singles and doubles game-based scenarios. Lesson content is based around technical, tactical, mental and movement skills with a significant workout component. Providing the opportunity to both fine tune tennis skills and improve, or maintain, fitness levels at the same time.

Suitable for social and competition players, the new and the seasoned player. Talk to a coach to help you select a class which is the best fit for you. Or, with a minimum of 3 players, discuss setting up a new class that can be designed to suit your particular needs.

Ladies’ Tennis Boost: 

These classes are for women only, keeping the same structure of Tennis Boost. This is a great way to participate in a social activity alongside friends, or to make new friends.
